1. Issue certificate on the spot for the case of directly applying the permit to the jurisdictional police brigade.
2. For the case of applying the permit to the non-jurisdictional police brigade, the required documents shall be instantly faxed to the jurisdictional police brigade to certify. The certificate will be mailed to the applicant directly. |

Required Documents |
1. 3 sets of name list. (3 sets are required for a group of applicants.)
2. 3 sets of proposal.
3. 3 sets of route chart.
4. ID (original or copy).
5. Service fee 10 NT$. (Plus 10NT$ every one county far away. Free for one less than 14 years old.)
6. The stamp and envelope for return mail are required, if delivery of permit certificate by post is requested. |

Remarks |
1. For the case of applying the permit to the non-jurisdictional police brigade, the required documents shall be instantly faxed to the jurisdictional police brigade to certify.
2. Item 1 through 3 of the abovementioned documents are applicable to the hiking or climbing group.
3. The applicants who want to propose their application according to “Regulation for people entering and exiting controlled mountain areas” Article 8, Subsection 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7, shall follow the requirement of Article 10. |

Notes:
1. The applicants who want to apply for the permit of entering mountain area as mentioned above, as well as the permit of entering national park, shall firstly apply for the latter. After approval, they can subsequently apply the former .
